RC Obstacle Detecting/Line Tracking Car – Creo Modeling Project

My final project for FED101 was to model and print a functional chassis for the Osoyoo Model-3 Robot Learning car using Creo PTC for modeling and the Ultimaker printers in our Makerspace. Additionally, the entire assembly must be modeled, to a degree, to create the assembly with the chassis and the assembly drawing. Finally, the product should be assembled and tested using the printed chassis.

Using a Vernier caliper and ruler, I was able to measure the original chassis. The challenge was ensuring that the distance between screw holes were correct, that their threads were correct, and that the dimensions of the holes themselves were correct, including tolerancing.
